Inspired by my mother’s lemon and poppy seed muffins, this handmade lemon poppy seed soap captures that bright, comforting scent in a nourishing everyday bar.

This soap features beef tallow and shea butter, which create a rich, creamy lather while helping the bar feel moisturizing and gentle on the skin. Coconut oil and castor oil work together to provide a balanced cleanse, producing a lively lather that removes daily buildup without harshness. We also include sunflower oil and sweet almond oil, which give the soap a smooth, conditioning character that helps support soft, comfortable skin after washing.

The bar is scented with lemon essential oil and a champagne fragrance, creating a bright citrus scent.

This will be the final batch that includes fragrance oil, as all future soaps will be scented exclusively with pure essential oils.

How to use

Wet the soap and work it into a lather between your hands or on a washcloth. Gently massage onto the skin, then rinse thoroughly with water. Suitable for daily use on hands and body. Always follow with a moisturizer.

To help your soap last longer and maintain its quality:
* Keep the bar on a well-draining soap dish so it can dry between uses.
* Avoid leaving the soap sitting in water.
* Store unused bars in a cool, dry place away from humidity.
* Allow the bar to air dry fully after each use.
Proper care will help your soap stay firm and last longer.
